The Butler
Our American White Oak solid wood Butler stands to attention ready to hold whatever you place on its arm. A single Butler comfortably holds a jacket, bathrobe, hat, mug or decorative item while two together make a beautiful wine display rack. The arm of the Butler has been set at just the right angle to ensure wine bottles are securely held.
The Butlers are supplied with screws and wall anchors suitable for mounting on plasterboard and wooden walls.
These Butlers are designed for use indoors, however we are currently testing some with a different finish for outdoor use. Please contact us directly if you are interested in purchasing any for outdoor use.

Surface Finish - The Butler has received two coats of a German developed transparent, matt finish product based on natural, renewable vegetable oils and waxes.
Care Instructions - This special blend of natural oil and waxes is resistant to water and dirt, wines, beer, cola, coffee and tea stains. A simple wipe with a warm, damp cloth is all it takes to keep this piece looking stunning.

If you’re looking to return your order, we're here to help! If your goods arrived damaged, or are not to the finish/quality standard expected, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund. If your item arrives damaged, please advise us via our email create@thecusp.nz within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please attach a photo of damaged item and packaging where possible. We will then arrange the return of your damaged item on your behalf.For goods that do not meet the quality standard expected, please contact us via our email create@thecusp.nz within 7 days of receiving your item so we can arrange the return of the item on your behalf.Regrettably due to the nature and size of the pieces we sell, we do not offer a "change of mind" refund or exchange. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Items already in-stock will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being received. Due to our products being handmade, there can be a delay of up to three weeks between ordering and shipping for items currently out of stock. Your goods will be shipped from our workshop in Queenstown, New Zealand. All goods will be shipped in protective packaging.
